SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days on average from Monday to Friday. We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe for orders above 100 EUR or 1000 SEK. Orders within the EU are shipped via DHL Parcel. Delivery normally takes 2 to 7 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to make a return, you can return your item(s) in its original condition up to 15 days after you have received your order. To do this; replay to your confirmation email with information about the item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, send us an email to contact@coo-women.com with information about your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will come back to you within 2 bussiness days.

If you wish to make an exchange, we are happy to help you get it right. Send us an email to contact@coo-women.com or reply to your confirmation email with information about what you would like to exchange.

When returning an order, you will be responsible for the return costs. The return limit of 15 days does not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t need to opt for an express delivery option.
