GENERAL

The following terms and conditions are valid between you and Coo Active AB (Reg. No. 559264-1533). This website is operated by Coo Active and may be referred to as “us” and “we” throughout the site and apply to all users of and orders placed on Coo Actives website coo-women.com.

Coo Active reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that are in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The products offered by Coo Active are those shown on the website on the day of its consultation by the User and within the limits of available stocks. The Products are described and presented with photos illustrating, in support of additional text, to represent as faithfully and accurately as possible. Despite this (notwithstanding, may variations occur to Products of which photos are displayed on the Website, given the technical limitations of color renderings of computer equipment.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. If one or several products are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please note that products placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until you have completed the order at checkout and received an order confirmation email. 

PLACING ORDER

When placing an order on our website, you will have to add selected products to “Cart” and thereafter go to “Checkout” to submit and place the order from the buying journey offered. After submitting the order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number and details of the products ordered from us. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order, including the tracking number of your parcel. The shipping confirmation email is our acceptance of your order.

PRICES

The prices and delivery costs showing on the website are including VAT. These prices may vary from time to time and Coo Active reserves the right to update or modify the prices at any time without notice. We are not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending you the shipping confirmation email. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered including VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out during the checkout process.

Coo Active always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order.

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Pay Pal and Google Pay.

All transactions on the Website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details and information in a secure host environment.

Payment will be debited and cleared at the point at which your order is dispatched. You confirm that the credit /debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner of the credit /debit card to use it. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment card does not authorize the payment, it may result in a cancellation of your order.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days on average from Monday to Friday. We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe for orders above 100 € or 1000 SEK. Orders within the EU are shipped via DHL Parcel. Delivery normally takes 2 to 7 business days.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order with the tracking number of your parcel.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to make a return, you can return your item(s) in its original condition up to 15 days after you have received your order. To do this; replay to your confirmation email with information about the item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, send us an email to contact@coo-women.com with information about your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will come back to you within 2 bussiness days.

If you wish to make an exchange, we are happy to help you get it right. Send us an email to contact@coo-women.com or reply to your confirmation email with information about what you would like to exchange.

When returning an order, you will be responsible for the return costs. The return limit of 15 days does not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t need to opt for an express delivery option.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Coo Active acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving defective products.

Coo Active use TLS (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. Coo Active online shop secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.  For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
