General

These Terms and Conditions are valid between you and Coo Active AB (Reg. No. 559264-1533). This website is operated by Coo Active and may be referred to as “us”, “we” or “our” throughout the site. These terms apply to all users of and orders placed on Coo Active’s website: www.coo-women.com. Coo Active reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. Product availability

All products shown on the website are subject to availability. Products are described as accurately as possible and illustrated with images. Note that some color differences may occur due to screen settings. Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved until you have completed checkout and received an order confirmation.

Placing an order

To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and details of the products ordered from us. The confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Prices

All prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT (value-added tax). Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed in the confirmation email.

Coo Active reserves the right to cancel any order prior to acceptance.

Payments

Payments can be made via:

Apple Pay

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a certified third-party payment provider. We do not store or process your payment information.

You confirm that the credit or debit card used belongs to you or that you have permission from the cardholder. Transactions are subject to approval by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorized, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days on average from (Monday to Friday).

We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe for orders above 100 € or 1000 SEK.

All EU orders are shipped with DHL Parcel (delivery time: 3–5 business days)

Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days.

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return your items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in original condition.

To return an item:

We’ll respond within 2 business days.

If you wish to exchange a product:

Email support@coo-women.com with details of the item(s) and your exchange request
Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Note: The 15-day return period excludes shipping time.

Defective products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible at support@coo-women.com. We act in accordance with current EU consumer laws and will offer replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
